Rui'an Huabo Shoes Co., Ltd. was established in 2012 and is located in Xianjiang Town, Rui'an City, Wenzhou, known as the shoe capital of China. The company covers an area of 28,000 square meters and has standardized workshops divided into three major processes: injection molding, cold bonding, and polyurethane. The areas used for these three processes are 15,000 square meters for injection molding, 8,000 square meters for cold bonding, and 5,000 square meters for polyurethane. Currently, the company has departments including development, business, procurement, production, quality control, and finance.
The company has a total of 1,800 employees, including a development team of 60 employees, consisting of 20 designers and 120 other management personnel. The company possesses 17 injection molding disc machines, 3 polyurethane production lines, and 4 cold bonding assembly lines. The factory employs 150 sewing machine operators, and there are also 40 external sewing machine operators.
Our company integrates production and sales, specializing in men's and women's injection-molded shoes, cold-bonded shoes, and polyurethane shoes. Our customers span the globe, with major clients in Mexico, Egypt, Spain, Panama, Russia, Nepal, the Middle East, and South America. We produce 50,000 to 70,000 pairs daily and are authorized processing factories for over a dozen well-known brands such as Huili, Renben, Global, and Dehui
