As the general manager of Ruian Huabo Shoe Industry Co., LTD., I comprehensively coordinate the company's strategic operations, focusing on three core modules: 1) Maintaining core customer relationships, deeply connecting with demands and promoting long-term cooperation; 2) Optimize the full-process management of production, strictly control the time nodes of each link in development, procurement and production, and ensure the timely delivery of orders; 3) Address sudden issues on the production line in real time, coordinate with technical, quality control and other departments to respond quickly, and ensure stable production capacity and quality.
In the future, I will focus on promoting lean production management and enhancing supply chain efficiency through digital upgrading. At the same time, strengthen the product development mechanism oriented towards customer demands and balance production capacity planning with market flexibility.
