As the head of the development department of Ruian Huabo Shoe Industry Co., LTD., I am mainly responsible for coordinating the overall operation of the department, including personnel division of labor and performance management, control of design direction and quality supervision of new product trial production. Specifically: 1) Coordinate designers, pattern makers and technical teams to ensure efficient and collaborative development processes; 2) Lead market trend analysis, formulate quarterly design themes and product plans, and balance innovation and market demand; 3) Strictly control the trial production process, from material selection to process standards, to ensure that the samples meet the quality and cost requirements.
In the future, I hope to further enhance development efficiency by optimizing cross-departmental collaboration mechanisms and introducing digital design tools. At the same time, it is planned to establish a more systematic quality assessment system, shorten the production cycle of new products, promote the rapid transformation of design achievements into market competitiveness, and help continuously enhance the brand's product power.
